#Rewear : 1 Pair of Pants, 4 Simple Ways
I take my outfits very seriously, which a few years ago meant never beingcaughtseen in one outfit more than once. But with age, came wisdom to enjoy fashion responsibly and that is why I am starting the #Rewear series. Styled differently or worn the same, clothes are meant to be re-worn.
I am a dresses and skirts person through and through. I'd give anything to be in a The Devil Wears Prada-esque office strutting around in heels, dresses, and skirts. But in the real world with no Pradas in sight, I end up wearing trousers to work the most with, of course, no heels. All you women who manage to run around in heels in the office, I have a new-found respect for you. My sprained ankle reminds me that heels and I don't get along. Also like most women, I am not always dress-and-skirt-ready. Hello, unwaxed legs. So I end up resorting to pants more often than not.
I am not one of those organized women who have their work outfits picked out the night before. I am also not one of those women who wake up an hour earlier to get dressed for work. I am one of those women who struggle to make it to the office on time every day because I love sleep as much as I enjoy being well-dressed. You know what they say, stressed, depressed, but always well-dressed. So I've come up with 4 foolproof ways to style my work trousers and still make it to work on time. I swear it will take you literally 10 minutes to get ready.
