What I enjoy most about fashion is that it lets you be so many things..geeky, biker chic, girly, boho! It's crazy how much a set of clothes and accessories can do to you. Fashion is so much more than hording pretty clothes. It's a state of mind. It's standing in front of your wardrobe everyday asking yourself: What do I feel like today? Hippie, girly, in mood for androgyny? Though over the years, we end up developing a style of our own, it's nice to go out there sometimes and experiment. Wear something that's totally not you and have fun in it. 

I have stopped telling myself 'I will never be able to carry that off!' *well almost* Because I always end up surprising myself in the end! A few months back, I'd have told you denim-on-denim is not for me. Firstly, it's tricky and secondly, as strange as it sounds, I'm not the biggest denim fan. May be it's the weather, but I usually avoid denim. 

Here I am flaunting the denim-on-denim trend for the InFB Remix. I'm wearing a light wash denim shirt over a dark wash dress. This is one of the easiest ways to flaunt the trend. Wearing a lighter shade with a lighter shade or dark with dark is tricky. Definitely going to try that soon!

In other news, it's my birthday tomorrow. And the only thing I'm excited about is the birthday cake I ordered myself and new clothes of course. Ha! 

I have plans to meet the bloggers too tomorrow since its a holiday for most of us and parents will be here today. So hoping it'll be a good day!
